Following aspects of education of a child are, therefore, looked into and catered for as effectively and efficiently as possible in this institution.
a. Development of personal qualities like honesty, integrity, self discipline and diligence etc. through appreciation, affection, reward in and outside the classroom.
b. Development of individual qualities like co-operation, tolerance and sociability etc. by proper motivation and guidance both in and outside the classroom.
c. Development of leadership qualities like initiative, power of decision, confidence etc. by providing opportunities to hold appointments as class Monitors, Prefects, Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains in various societies of the college.
d. Detection and elimination of the negative traits of personality like selfishness, violence, short cutting and indiscipline etc. by constant observation as well as counselling and through adoption of corrective measures where necessary.
e. Development of curiosity, creative thinking and sense of inquiry in a pedagogic atmosphere, created through insinuating and coherent approach of teaching.
f. Development of sense of pride, excellence and achievement through healthy competition amongst the individuals as well as the groups in academics, sports and other co-curricular activities.
