COLLEGE RULES

All students must observe the college rules both in letter and spirit within the college premises as well as during the official visits to other institutions or places.  Violation of rules makes every student liable to a punitive action even to the extent of expulsion from the college.  The students are, therefore, advised to: 

a) Conduct themselves gracefully and modestly both in and outside the college.

b) Be courteous towards the members of teaching and ministerial staff as well as their fellow students and visitors.

c) Accept responsibilities willingly as and when given by the staff/prefects/ appointment holders.

d) Accept corrective or punitive action, if any, cheerfully.

e) Attend the college in prescribed college uniform. (Boys to have proper hair cut.)

f) Arrive at college well in time for morning assembly.

g) Desist from bringing precious things like cameras, transistors, mobile phones and jewellery.

h) Avoid plucking flowers and cutting through grassy lawns etc.

i) Avoid littering the campus in any way.

WARNINGS

a) No visitors are allowed to see the students in or outside the classrooms except through the Principal/Vice Principal.

b) Students are not to bring any outsider to the College without prior permission of the Principal.

c) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the college premises. Public smoking by parents/ guardians/visitors is also prohibited within the college premises.

d) No student can leave the college before closing time except in extreme compassionate cases with permission of the Principal only.

e) Since the college conducts extra curricular activities like debates, symposia, celebration of days of national importance, religious festivals, science exhibitions, painting and other competitions etc., therefore, no students/teachers union activity of any sort is allowed under any circumstances.

DISCIPLINE

The college administration reserves the right to suspend, expel, rusticate or otherwise terminate the studentship of any student who is found guilty of:
a) Cheating, stealing, immoral conduct or gross misbehavior.

b) Willfully and deliberately damaging the college property.

c) Rudeness to member of the teaching staff/college employees.

d) Smoking and playing truant.

e) Violating the rules and regulations of the college or the instruction given to students from time to time.

f) Participating in violent or agitational activities harmful to the interest of the institution and its pupils.

g) Being habitually irregular, un-punctual, untidy and improperly dressed.

h) Showing consistently poor performance in studies.

COLLEGE BOUNDS

Following places and premises are out of bounds for all students except at authorized time or when accompanied by a teacher/staff:

 a) Science Laboratories

b) College Playing Fields

c) College Staff Room

d) College Offices

e) Computer Labs.

f) All Naval establishments and Naval residential areas.

Besides assimilation of knowledge, a student of Bahria College is an embodiment of character in its fullest sense.  He is groomed in an atmosphere where all the allied values are preached and practiced.  He, therefore, subjects himself to a code of life and living, carved and practiced by him and his fellows.
