(1)       Bahria College Karsaz has secured highest pass percentage i.e. 97.96% among all Bahria colleges in FBISE HSSC-II examination.

 

(2)       Rida Shazli obtained 480 marks out of 550 marks i.e 87.27% in FBISE HSSC-I examination. This is the highest percentage obtained by any student in the Sindh province.

           

c.         Karachi Board HSSC Examination:                                                     

 

(1)       Sania Rasool Bhutto secured 1st position in Karachi Board with 88.82% marks in Pre-Engineering Group in year 2007. It is worthmentioning that it was the first time in the history that  any student of Bahria colleges secured first position in the board. On this remarkable achievement of the student, NHQ has awarded her with a cash prize of Rs. 20,000.

 

(2)       Sana Iqbal secured 8th position in Karachi Board HSSC-II Examination (pre-medical group) with 87.18%

 

(3)       Syeda Dur-e-Shehwar Jilani won president talent scholarship award from Karachi Board. She is the first ever student of Bahria colleges at Karachi to have won this award.

 

(4)       Students of Bahria College Karsaz have achieved top 03 positions not only in HSSC-II pre-medical group but also in pre-engineering group among Bahria colleges at Karachi.

 

(5)       In first batch of commerce group, Aiman secured 10th position in Karachi Board in HSSC-II (commerce). The students of the same group also achieved top 03 positions among Bahria colleges at Karachi.

 

(6)       The student of the college Najaf obtained 498 marks out of 550 i.e. 90.55% in HSSC-I examination in Pre-engineering group.  This is the highest percentage ever secured by any student of Bahria colleges at karachi and he may be in top three positions of the HSSC-II examination 2009.

 

d.         Co-Curricular Achievements:

            

    Various clubs have been established in the college for compulsory participation of students in useful and productive activities essential for their healthy mental/physical growth. These clubs are:

                       

     Significant achievements of the clubs for the current session  are as under:

(1)       Imran Rehabilitation Center, one of the well known Special Children Schools in Karachi organized its Inter-Special school Talent Show in which the students of Special Children School Karsaz won the 1st prize in Naat Competition and 1st prize in Song Competition.

 

(2)       Science Association of Pakistan (SAP) organized its 5th science Olympiad at the Aga Khan University in which     around 45 renowned institutions participated. The college team won the 4th prize.

 

(3)       SUPARCO organized quiz and on-spot-painting competition    in which about 100 colleges/schools of the city participated. Bahria College Karsaz won runners up trophy in quiz competition and second runners up trophy in on-spot-painting competition.

                                                   

 

(4)       Karachi Board organized its 8th inter-collegiate Science Exhibition in which 60 well reputed colleges/ institutes of the city displayed about 300 science projects college students won the 1st prize in computer science project “Winky Learn”  with cash award of Rs. 5000/-,      2nd prize in physics project “infrared laser thermometer” with cash award of Rs. 3000/- and 3rd prize in chemistry project “ferro fluids” with cash award of Rs. 2000/- & won the overall Champion Trophy.

                                       

 

(5)       Sir Syed Government Girls Degree College organized its Annual Science Exhibition, college students won the Champions Trophy.

 

(6)       Board of Intermediate Education Karachi organized a quiz competition during its summer camp arranged for talent students of the board. Bahria college Karsaz student Dur-e-Shahwar participated in the said competition and won 2nd prize.

 

(7)       Bahria college NORE-I organized its Annual Qiraat/ Naat competition on 18 November 2008. Bahria College Karsaz won the 2nd prize in Qiraat competition.

(8)       Pakistan Kangaroo Commission organized its 4th International Kangaroo Mathematics Contest 2008 in which 37,000 students competed from Pakistan out of about 4 Million contestants from all over the world. The students from Pakistan representing Karachi won 07 Silver Medals district wise.  Muhammad Danish Aziz student of Bahria College Karsaz declared as one of the 07 Silver Medal winners. The same student also won a Gold Medal alongwith cash award of Rs. 10,000/- among 15 other Gold Medalists from all over Pakistan. The prize distribution for the same was held on 04 December 2008 at Bukhari Auditorium, GC University Lahore.  The governor of the Punjab Mr. Salman Taseer gave away the prizes as chief guest. Furthermore, Bahria College Karsaz students of level IV won the first 08 positions in top 10 positions on country level and level III students achieved 3rd & 5th positions in top 10 positions in all Pakistan.

 

(9)       Federal board organized its Annual Qiraat/ Naat and Speech competitions at SSC/HSSC levels during its academic week from 03-08 Nov 08 and Annual Science Exhibition on 17 Nov 08 at Islamabad. Bahria College Karsaz won the following prizes/awards in the said competitions:
